This work aims to emphasize inaccessibility of renewable drinking water across the country. Through visual entrapment of individuals in plastic bottles, the art hints at the possibility of Boise expanding renewable water from environmental purposes to accessible drinking water. The concept would eliminate the need for plastic water bottles, and in turn provide affordable and accessible water to all types of people. The bold visual style not only captures the artists energy but adds to the absurdity of the work. The artist asks, “we are different people with our own unique personalities, but does convenience make us all the same in the end?” This work is dedicated to Hudson Lindow, a fellow Boisean and great friend who never failed to share a smile.
