Colin Pfeifer's artistic roots derived from graffiti..."the traffic box is a sort of icon in the culture of street art. Rather than being a surface vulnerable for tagging, the vinyl wraps have provided a means for the population to appreciate local art on a whole new level". Pfeifer enjoys painting portraits with aerosol and blending that technique with abstract lines, colors and concepts. He utilizes many of the same processes as painters and illustrators do, just with a different medium.
