Anne Watson Sorensen is a versatile artist whose primary medium and passion has been watercolor for the past 25 years. She also now creatively merges mediums, surfaces and boundaries with undertones of the fluidity and soft edges influenced by watercolor. The ability to speak in multiple artistic dialects allows her the freedom to communicate her idea, vision and joy to the viewer in profound ways. The Genesis series explores the organizing of color and matter into intriguing shapes, designs and textures that captivate the eye and heart. Genesis #22’s birthing process experienced exuberance, pain, endurance and ended in resultant elation.
