This sculpture by Idaho artist, David Barry was selected by the Boise City Arts Commission in 1990 for placement in the The Grove. It represents a scene of the Great Blue Heron's natural habitat in and around Boise. There are three Great Blue Herons as they fish and rest among the driftwood in a river. This artwork installation was funded by the Capital City Development Corporation, with supporting contributions from John Q. Hammons Industries, Oppenheimer Companies, Inc., and Friends of Capital City.
