Inzetta's studio practice is intensely linked to preserving memories from her day-to-day life. She feels called to make pictures exploring nostalgia, memory, and personal history. Inzetta is focused on the dissection and reconstruction of memories and experiences that have taken place within spaces she considers to be her home. She constructs collages using found materials such as crayons, scotch tape, kraft paper, receipts, and junk mail in order to document and chronicle her life and the world she inhabits. "My time at the James Castle House was a true gift. There is a special energy there. It can be felt in the empty rooms and heard in the winds raking over the hills. This work depicting Castle’s trailer is an attempt to capture a subject that I deeply felt while looking and living within this very special place and community." - Jenna Inzetta
