Sea Lion Creative Community invites you to register for Expressercise, an introduction to Expressive Arts, where the focus is on the process of exploration rather than the finished product. No artistic training or experience required!
The course will not offer technical tips -- messy is best for this class! We will use short, multi-modal creative projects to develop a common understanding of our emotional states and reactions. The intent is to provide a safe space that is light-hearted and fun in addition to allowing attendees an opportunity for connection and collaboration. The program is designed to help develop tools that can be used to tune into and process emotions during difficult times for healthier internal and group outcomes.
