Open House

The City of Boise alongside Capital City Development Corporation (Boise’s redevelopment agency) are working to bring a new public space to downtown Boise that recognizes and celebrates the history and cultural contributions of a diverse group of Boiseans who once called this historic area home.

Join CCDC, Boise Parks and Recreation, and Boise City Department of Arts & History during April First Thursday as we debut designs for downtown Boise's newest public space!

Situated at the corner of 6th and Grove Streets, 521 W Grove Street is currently a small surface parking lot with the potential to transform into a community space that celebrates the rich cultural history of the neighborhood—but we need your help!

Stop by the patio area between Thomas Logan and The Lucy Apartments (next to Stio) to take a look at the different design ideas, enjoy some light refreshments, and provide your input and ideas for the future space.
