Kate Walker Presents Finding A Way: A Reading Room
Finding a Way Reading/ Performance
A performance art and reading event in association with the Finding A Way exhibit presented by Arts & History Grant Recipient Kate Walker.
Author Sarah Sentilles, MFA writing students and members of the public will be invited to read in an "open mic" format based on the theme; “What books give you solace, hope or deeper understanding in the face of current global crises such as climate emergency, war, increasing social and political divisiveness and continuing pandemics?"
Contribute to the Finding A Way Audio Archive:
- Add to the Finding a Way Archive
- Read a text up to 5 minutes duration and record it on your cell phone using Apple IOS Voice Memo or Android Voice Recorder or Notes App.
- Take a photo of the book cover.
- Text your voice recording and book cover along with your name, to the “Finding A Way” cell phone number. (208) 918-0920.
