About

Untangling the Difficult Narrative includes four sessions, taken either simultaneously or independently, offering practical and empowering exploration into the process of writing about trauma. This type of writing can offer healing and self-discovery. We explore to help make sense of our experiences and assign meaning to what is not easily expressed.

The workshops include: Journals, Pens, Markers, Two Poetry Books for Study Facilitated by Rebecca Evans, Empowerment Coach & Writing Instructor

Workshops are open for those who have experienced trauma or want to write about difficult narratives. Writer and participants of all levels are welcome, whether planning to write a book or simply begin a journal.
