On Saturday, May 11, TRICA (Treasure Valley Institute for Children’s Arts) will host the inaugural year of Maypole Market! Maypole Market is a delightful block party celebrating the arts and the spirit of togetherness. Designed for kids, parents, caretakers, and families alike, this vibrant event promises a day filled with fun, laughter, and cherished memories.

From whimsical crafts to delicious treats, there's something for everyone to discover and enjoy. Take part in the timeless tradition of dancing around the Maypole, weaving colorful ribbons and celebrating the joy of spring. There will be a plant sale curated by the Preschool for the Arts, a Mother’s Day Flower Shop, and arts tables where children can let their creativity soar.

They are also partnering with the Children’s Entrepreneurial Market which will have at least 20 children’s market booths showcasing homemade treasures crafted by young artisans.
