Join Arts & History Grant Recipient Downtown Boise Association (DBA) on Thursday, September 5, from 5-8 p.m., and treat yourself to a fun and vibrant First Thursday downtown!

Catch roving artists as they activate different parts of downtown with free fun during select First Thursdays throughout the year! Keep your eyes and ears out for these artists as they supersized each evening by engaging and surprising the public with performance art of all types.

Arts & History Grant Program

The City of Boise’s Arts & History Grant program funds quality arts, history, and cultural projects that benefit people living in Boise city limits. Since 1997, the city has awarded over 500 grants with a total disbursement of over $2.1 million. Follow along using #AHGrant. Learn more.
