Suffrage Quilt
Made to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment, this Suffrage Quilt serves as a visual timeline for Idaho's path to ensuring voting rights for all women. Symbols within the quilt tell the story of prominent contributions from women-led organizations, government bodies and citizens who helped lead the way to equality. Although the quilt celebrates achievements of those who came before, the artist left this quilt unfinished to represent the work still to be done.
