NEWS RELEASE

October 12, 2009

Boise City Councilman David Eberle Ph.D., will moderate a panel of local economists at the
November Fettuccine Forum. As the recession continues, the panelists will respond to recent changes
in our nation's economy and what this means for Idaho and the Boise Valley. What can we expect to
changeā€¦..and when might we see conditions turn around? This should be a spirited discussion with
fresh perspectives on what the future holds.

Mr. Eberle has provided financial consultation and worked with a variety of Treasure Valley government
agencies for the past decade. He hold a Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska, an M.A. from the
University of New Mexico and an undergraduate degree from The Colorado College. In addition to his
consulting work, he has taught economics courses at Boise State University and the College of Idaho.
He is also an author of several articles for The Western Planner and the Association of Idaho Cities.
