Fiesta Tropical

Saturday, September 26th at the Knitting Factory, All Ages!

Fiesta Tropical is a unique celebration during Latin Heritage Month which also welcomes fall in Boise.  This collaborative event features Latin inspired performances by the finest dance companies on Boise followed by beginner Salsa lessons for the audience with dance company members and Salsa friends joining the fun. The evening concludes with an open dance party for all with DJ Giovanni.  We hop you along with your family and friends will join us for a wonderful evening of Latin music and dance.

Ticket Prices:

$5.00 (5 years to 12 years)  $10.00 (13 years to adult)  $5 After Lessons Around 9:00 p.m.  Table and Chair Seating. Valid ID Required to Enter

Event Schedule:

6:00 p.m.  Doors open for mingling and visiting dance companies and Boise Arts and History Department's information tables.

7:00 p.m.  Latin inspired dance performances by Idaho Dance Theatre (IDT), Balance Dance Company (Balance), DROP Dance Collective (DROP), Treasure Valley Institute for Children's Arts (TriCA), Trey McInyre Project (TMP).

8:00 p.m.  Beginner Salsa Dance lessons for the audience with dance company members and Salsa friends helping out

9:00 p.m.  Open dancing to tropical music with DJ Giovanni
